From the founder

Elite Sleep started with my own bad nights. I wasn't sleeping well, and nasal strips and mouth tape were the things I wanted to try. The trouble was the price. The brands I trusted cost more than I could justify for something I'd use every night, and the cheap ones made me nervous. I have sensitive skin, and I didn't want an unknown adhesive on my face for eight hours.

So I set out to make the version I wanted to buy: good quality, fairly priced, and tested, so you don't have to take it on faith.

What we make

Three Elite Sleep Mouth Tape pouches with three black tape strips in front.

Mouth tape

A soft cotton strip that sits across the centre of your lips and keeps your mouth closed overnight, so you breathe through your nose. It's for snoring that happens with your mouth open, and for waking with a dry mouth or sore throat.

Elite Sleep Nasal Strips pack.

Nasal strips

A soft strip with a flexible spring that lifts the sides of your nose and widens it at its narrowest point, so breathing through it feels easier. It's for a stuffy or narrow nose at night, and it's drug-free.

Neither treats sleep apnoea, and we'll never say they cure snoring.

What's in them, and how we know

  • Henkel medical-grade adhesive

Used on both products, and independently lab-tested to ISO 10993, with no skin sensitisation.

  • Tested free from PFAS

Not detected, under the EN 17681-1:2025 method.

  • Passed a REACH screen

Checked against 250 substances of concern.

  • Latex-free

The mouth tape is also fragrance-free, and is 95% cotton and 5% spandex so it moves with your face.

Who it's for, and who it isn't

Most of our customers are:

  • People who snore
  • The people lying awake next to them
  • People who wake with a dry mouth
  • People whose nose blocks up at night

Check first

If your nose is blocked, start with the strips. Only use mouth tape if you can breathe comfortably through your nose. It's not for children, and not for nights after alcohol or sedatives.

If you or your partner notice pauses in breathing, gasping, or heavy tiredness during the day, see your GP first. Those can be signs of sleep apnoea, which needs a proper diagnosis.
